For the first time ever, the U.S. Postal Service® is inviting a select group of companies to participate in a special incentive on First-Class Mail® service – we can help you take advantage of this offer. The First-Class Mail Incentive is available to presort First-Class Mail users who mailed 500K or more pieces between October 1 and December 31 in both 2007 and 2008. If you exceed predetermined First-Class Mail volumes, you will receive a 20% rebate on qualifying postage from October 1 to December 31, 2009. The Post Office will determine if you qualify for the rebate by invoices and receipts you provide with past presort First-Class letter, flat and card mail volume data. Your Mail Service Provider can help you gather this information if you think you may qualify.
