With Directory Builder, we can turn your secure data into a directory – or any reference or source into printed materials. Then we’ll deliver your directory to the corresponding list in one business day in most cases! How does it work? - Your data is securely transferred to Command via SecureFTP, PGP Encryption, or your preferred method into our fully secure CommanDirectory system.- Data is verified and converted and then loaded into our Directory Builder software.- Data is pre-processed to add any additional variable information that may be necessary for printing. This includes:- Converting codes into descriptive text as necessary- Adding information based on certain codes, like the member’s benefit plan, line of business, enrollment status, etc- Breaking apart the data to create separate reports for your specific requirements- Calculating totals that can be broken down by benefit plan or line of business if necessary- Sample PDF proofs are created and sent (securely) to you so you can approve the directory.- Inline pages are automatically created based on processed data. - It is possible to presort some or all of the books for additional mailing discounts.- Directories are all printed and then inserted into envelopes, boxes, or whatever your method of delivery is.- In most cases, the directories leave Command one business day after the file is received.
